– Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed via email or text message.
– Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service booked.
– Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure other clients are not inconvenienced.

– Quality: We strive to provide the highest quality services and ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please let us know immediately.

– Expiration: Gift cards expire 6 months from date of purchase.

8. Conduct

– Behaviour: We expect clients to behave respectfully towards our staff and other clients. Any form of abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
